The jury of the XIX International Student Film Festival "PeterKiT"

November is a special month not only for St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television but also for all modern cinema. From November 14 to 19, 2019, during the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, the XIX International Student Film Festival "PeterKIT" will be held. The program will include fiction, documentary, television, animation and short films, as well as a script competition. The work of talented young filmmakers will be evaluated by a professional jury. 

Chairman of the Main Jury - Alexander Adabashyan

Honored Artist of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Soviet and Russian cinema playwright, Member of the Union of Russian Filmmakers. Artist, film actor, film director, screenwriter. In 1997 he staged the opera Boris Godunov at the Mariinsky Theater, and in 1998 the Khovanshchina opera at the La Scala Theater.

He played more than forty episodic roles, creating memorable images on the screen, such as: engineer Timofeev in "Five Evenings", butler Barrymore in "The Hound of the Baskervilles", Berlioz in the television series "Master and Margarita".

In 1990, he made his debut as a director, making the French film Mado on Demand, which was included in the French Film Prospects program at the Cannes Film Festival and received the main prize in it.
Currently, he is actively writing books, scripts and making films for young people. He teaches at the Academy of Cinematographic and Theater Arts N.S. Mikhalkov. He is the founder of the Studio 1A film company.

Yusup Razykov 

Filmmaker, screenwriter. He worked at the Mosfilm film studio, since 1999 he was the director of Uzbekfilm, since 2004 he has been the art director of the studio. He is a regular participant in leading world and domestic shows, a diploma winner at the 50th Berlin Film Festival (1998, Orator), a winner of the Asian Film Festival in Vesoul (2004, The Maiden Shepherd), winner and multiple winner of the Kinoshok festival. His film “Shame” (2013) was awarded the FIPRESCI Prize at the 48th IFF in Karlovy Vary, won the Trieste International Film Festival, the East & West IFF and won many other awards.

Thrice participated in the competition program of the Kinotavr festival, his “Turkish Saddle” film was awarded the diploma of the Guild of Film Critics and the diploma of M. Tariverdiev for the musical decision. In 2019, at the 30th Kinotavr Film Festival, he was awarded the Daniel Dondurey Prize by the Guild of Film Critics and Film Critics for the film “Kerosene”. Honored Artist of Uzbekistan (2001). Member of the Board of the Screenwriters Guild of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, member of the Organizing Committee of the Yalta International Television and Film Forum “TOGETHER”.

Natalia Roginskaya

Sound engineer, teacher. Vice President of the Guild of Sound Engineers of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation. Honored Artist of Russia. A graduate of the Leningrad Institute of Film Engineers, a member of the NIKA Academy. Sound engineer of Tsentrnauchfilm, Mosfilm and other film studios. In total, there are about 800 paintings in the filmography of Natalia Eduardovna.

Associate Professor, Department of Cinema, Moscow State Institute of Culture, also teaches at the Higher School of Television of Moscow State University named after Mikhail Lomonosov.

Anton Vereshchagin

Animation director, artist, producer. Graduate of St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television, specialty "Director of animation and computer graphics."

He worked in the Russian-American studio of computer graphics and animation Kenjitsu as a leading artist and project manager. Collaborates with the American channel Cartoon Network. Founder of the studio of animation and computer graphics diForma. The director and showrunner of the animated series "Jingliki", which in April 2019 became available on the largest international platforms Netflix and Amazon Prime. Director of more than twenty animated films. Winner of international awards in the field of animated films.

Natalya Ivanova

Vice-President of the Federation of Film Clubs of Russia. Member of the Guild of Producers of the Russian Federation. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia. Member of the European Film Academy. Member of the Eurasian Academy of Television. He heads the production center "Good Production". The filmography of Natalia Igorevna is rich not only in fiction, but also not in fiction and documentary films.

Awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Conducts teaching activities, writing scripts.

Arvo Iho

Filmmaker, cameraman, photographer, teacher. Member of the European Film Academy, Laureate of the State Prize of the USSR, Order of the White Star of Estonia and 30 prizes of international film festivals. Arvo's filmography includes more than 60 full-length and documentary films. He worked as a trainee on the film by Andrei Tarkovsky "STALKER".

The author of 13 large photo exhibitions and 3 photo books. He published articles about cinema, photos, and about the problems of small peoples of Siberia. He taught cinematography and filmmaking in the USA, Finland, Switzerland, Estonia and Sri Lanka.

Hui ZHAO

Director of the Department of Art Education at School of Theater, Film and Television at the Communication University of China (Beijing, China). Screenwriter, co-author of several popular television series in China. She worked as an executive producer on the film "To Us From Us", which received the award of the Chinese Collegiate Association of Visual Art as the best online film of 2018.

Currently, Hui ZHAO works at Communication University of China and she is a member of the Chinese Television Art Associations, literary critics, and art critics in Beijing. He is the author of many books and articles on cinema art.

Nadezhda Vinogradova

Television journalist, screenwriter, producer. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, member of the Union of Journalists of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. Winner of the Russian Television Golden Pegasus Award. She was awarded the medal "For Merit to the Academy of Arts".

Co-author of the program “The Fifth Wheel”, screenwriter of many television films, author and presenter of the cycle of programs “Idols” on the channel “Culture”, dedicated to the fate and work of outstanding artists of the past and present. One of the founders and the first director of N + N Studio.

Vladimir Klimov

Soviet and Russian cameraman, Honored Art Worker of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Member of the Golden Eagle Film Academy and Nika Film Academy, Member of the International Association of Cinematographers IMAGO, Awarded the Order of Friendship. Since 1974, he has been working at the Mosfilm film studio, and has shot more than 50 feature films and TV shows. He collaborated with directors Rodion Nakhapetov, Savva Kulish, Alexander Zarhi, Ali Khamraev, Karen Shakhnazarov. Filmed by Vladimir Klimov, the film directed by Pavel Chukhrai “The Thief” received the Niku award as the best film of the year, the Venice Senate Gold Medal and was nominated for the Golden Globe and Oscar.

Mikhail Arkhipov 

Director, video editor, film critic, graduate of St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television. His debut feature film “Fuel” won many prizes and nominations at international film festivals, including the awards: Grand Prix of the 30th Open Russian Film Festival “Kinotavr”, competition program “Kinotavr. Short meter "; Silver Jean-Luc “New Wave” for innovative cinema, X International Film Festival Kinolikbez; Prize "For the best cinematography", 11th All-Russian Festival of Author's Short Films "Artkino"; Grand Prix and winner in the nominations “The best cinematography” and “The best work of the production designer”, VIII Russian festival of short films Konik, etc.

Dmitry Bykovsky

Actor, singer. In 1998 he graduated from the Voronezh State Institute of Arts with a degree in Acting Art. Since 2003, he played on the stage of the G. Tovstonogov St. Petersburg Bolshoi Drama Theater. The cinematic debut took place in 1999 in the television series Agent of National Security. Then he began to be invited to popular TV shows: “Deadly Force”, “Streets of Broken Lights”, “Cop Wars”, etc. There are more than seventy roles in his filmography. He participated in the filming of historical films, such as “Gogol. The Beginning ”- the first Russian movie series to be released; "Young guard"; "Fighters" on the feat of pilots of military aviation; "Alexander. Battle of Neva ”and others. He plays the main roles and solo in the musicals“ Nameless Star ”,“ Taste of Cherry ”.

Screenwriter, writer, poetess, screenwriter, business coach. He is a member of the main and scenario jury of the PeterKiT festival. She completed an internship in the USA - at the Packet Group PR agency. In 1997, she founded the Five Plus PR agency, then took the position of executive director of the GN Interpartners group of companies. Teaches at the Alexander Mitta Film School.

Oleg Danilov

Screenwriter. He is the author of plays, scripts for the films “I Have You Alone”, “Crossroads”, “Give Me Moonlight” and many others. Permanent screenwriter of film director D.H. Astrakhan. Prize winner A. Piotrovsky for the best script.

Nikolai Khomeriki

Russian film director and screenwriter, three-time participant of the Cannes Film Festival. His film “977” was nominated for the “Special Look” award at the Cannes Film Festival. He worked as an assistant on Philip Garrel’s film “Permanent Lovers,” who received the Silver Lion at the Venice Film Festival. The second film "Tale of the Darkness" fell into the competition program of the Kinotavr and the Cannes Film Festival. The film "Icebreaker" is nominated for the Golden Eagle Award.
