1. BASIC CONCEPTS

1.1. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.4. 4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The user has the right to:

4.3. The user is prohibited from:

5. LEVELS OF ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

5.1. On the Site the following levels of users access to the Service are possible:

5.2. The level of access is determined by the Site Administrator or the access level is determined in the process of confirmation of registration by the Site Administrator.

5.4. The following functions of the Service are provided to the user with the "Curator" access level:

the ability to view the current progress of students;
the opportunity to post assignments in the Service, laboratory work, the topic of coursework, theses, materials courses for students;
 
5.5. The following functions of the Service are provided to the user with the "Teacher" access level:
filling in your profile;
possibility of viewing lists of student groups;
the ability to exchange messages with students;
 
5.6. The following functions of the Service are provided to the user with the "Employer" access level:
filling in your profile;
place ads on internship, practice, employment;
automatic formation of a summary of the selected student;
 
5.6. A user with an access level of "Moderator" or "Administrator" is provided with the following Service functions:
filling in your profile;
creation, updating, removal of any materials of a site;

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. The exclusive right to the Site and its name, to the Service, including to the Service as a computer program, belongs to the Administration of the site.
6.2. Any use of the name of the Site, the Service without the consent of the Administration of the site is prohibited.
6.3. Use of materials posted on the Site, reproduction and distribution by any means, including on the Internet, public display, bringing to the public information, copying (full and partial), alteration is prohibited by third parties.

6.5. Student's academic work in the form of text documents, video and photo materials are placed in the portfolio in a closed section, access to which is the student, the group's curator and the site administrator.

6.7. The student has the opportunity to post documents, photos and links to video in an open section at will.
6.8. The user is fully responsible for the content and form of the materials. The user guarantees that no one's exclusive right is violated, documents, photographs and video recordings comply with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, this User Agreement.
6.9. Criminal and civil liability is provided for violation of copyright and exclusive rights. Any violations are prosecuted by the Site Administration in a judicial procedure.

7. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES, PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERATION OF CLAIMS

7.1. The administration of the site makes every effort to prevent the violation of anyone's rights on the Site.
7.2. In the event of any disputes or disagreements, the Site Administration shall make every effort to resolve them through negotiations.
7.3. In the event that the User or a third party considers that the Site Administration is in any way violated his rights, has any complaints, he can apply to the Site Administration for the settlement of the arising conflict in the pre-trial order.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The user agreement comes into force from the moment of publication and is valid until the moment of its withdrawal by the Administration of the site.
8.2. The administration of the site has the right to make any changes and additions to the terms of the User Agreement or to revoke the User Agreement at any time at its discretion without notifying the Users.
8.3. The site administration does not accept counter-offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
8.4. User Reviews posted on the Site are not confidential information and can be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
